3) <br /> <br />INFORMATION ITEMS <br /> <br />CASE /;19: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />At its meeting on May 31, the City Council requested that the Board of <br />Agjustment consider placing Mr. Doyle's variance on their agenda for <br />review and consideration. <br /> <br />At its meeting on June 14, the City Council took the following action: <br /> Approved Harley Gordon's request for a minor subdivision; <br /> Approved David Weaver's request for a minor subdivision; <br /> Approved the final plat of Oakwood Hills; <br /> <br /> Approved the final plat of Rambosek's Red Oak Estates; <br /> <br /> Approved renaming the riding arena in Traprock Commons Park after <br /> Ernie Schleper; <br /> <br />f) Granted concept approval to the proposed Mississippi River Corridor <br /> from Dayton through Ramsey - Council also directed staff to review <br /> the alignment with affected communities; and <br /> <br />g) Adopted an ordinance amending the City's park dedication <br /> req uir ement s. <br /> <br />At its meeting on June 28, the City Council took the following action: <br /> <br />a) Scheduled a public hearing to consider Atlas Incinerator's request <br /> for a conditional use permit to construct and operate contract <br /> incinerators for 7:30 p.m., July 14, 1988. If possible, this <br /> hearing is to be held at Ramsey Elementary School; <br /> <br /> Tabled action on Atlas' request for city participation in their <br /> proposed facility and request for site plan review; <br /> <br />c) Tabled action on Mr. Roger Hurd's request for a conditional use <br /> permit pending the provision of a scaled site plan; <br /> <br />d) Approved Lord of Life Lutheran Church's request for a conditional <br /> use permit; and <br /> <br />e) Approved the final plan of The North Forty. <br /> <br /> <br />
