Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Principal Planner Patrick Trudgeon <br />Associate Planner Megan Wald <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Principal City Engineer Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />at the <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:05 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Cook to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION: Minnesota Shade Tree Advisory Committee 2002 Special Merit Award <br /> <br />Rescheduled to May 13, 2003. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Lynne Jew~ager, 15530 Nutria Street NW, Ramsey, stated that she has neighbors that ride dirt <br />bikes fi'om 1:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. She explained that she did contact the Police Department and <br />they did respond, but her neighbors began riding their dirt bikes again as soon as they left. <br /> <br />Police Chief Way requested that she contact him directly to address her concerns. <br /> <br />City Council/April 22, 2003 <br /> Page 2 of 21 <br /> <br /> <br />
