About the' coordi'nators

Sylvia Frolik will continue
coordinating Ramsey's con-
tributions to the newsletter.
Ms. Frolik has been with the
City of Ramsey for 3 V2 years
as ~he minutes secretary for
the City Council, Planning
and 'Zoning Commission,
Economic Development Com-
mission, Charter Commis-
sion, Airport Commission,
and other Ad Hoc Commit-
tees formed in the city. Sylvia
attends all the meetings held
by these entities, takes the
minutes, and then composes
those stenographic notes into
official minutes.
Before putting her skills to
work for the City of Ramsey,
Sylvia spent three years as a
secretary and 14 as a
homemaker. She and her hus-
band, Gordon, have four sons
and one daughter.
Ramsey and have questions
regarding the newsletter,

We have just completed a
readership survey within the
City of Ramsey. The survey
was conducted to find out
what you wanted in a city
newsletter and to determine
how well the "Ramsey Resi-
dent" was meeting your
needs.
3.2 percent of you respond-
ed and indicated that an
average of 2.4 people read the
"Resident" in your
households.
The findings showed ar-
ticles dealing directly with
municipal concerns, i.e. City
of Ramsey and City Council
and Commission Meeting
Summaries, are of primary im-
portance to you. However, the
majority of yo.u indicated that.
you read most articles in the
newsletter.
In rating the "Resident" as
an informational newsletter,
45 of the 133 respondents
considered it excellent, 74
good, 10 gave it. a rating of
fair, and 4 considered the in-
formational value of the
newsletter poor.
The City of Ramsey and the
publishers wish to thank the
citizens of Ramsey for
responding to the survey, and
look forward to your helpful
comments and continued
support of the .new "Tri-City
Newsletter."
