Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Riverblood <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Management Intern Gladhill <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:04 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Councilmember Strommen. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION: Plaque to Bruce Bacon who is Retiring from the City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec presented Bruce Bacon with a plaque for his contributions to the City of Ramsey <br />during his years of employment as Environmental Specialist. He stated Mr. Bacon has been a <br />tireless advocate of the environment for the City of Ramsey; the City would like to extend its <br />thanks and appreciation for Mr. Bacon's contribution to the City's green environment during his <br />employment from June 1, 1977 to December 8, 2006. Mayor Gamec stated Mr. Bacon is <br />regarded as the highest person in knowledge and experience in dealing with environment and <br />trees in the State and City. <br /> <br />City Council / November 28, 2006 <br />Page 2 of 16 <br />
