1 1] <br />EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON ESTABLISHMENT OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 11 <br />WITHIN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council ") of the City of <br />Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 23, 2006, at <br />7:00 p.m., at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive Northwest, in the City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, relating to the proposed adoption of a Modification to the Development <br />Program for Development District No. 1, and the proposed establishment of Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 11 and the proposed adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan therefor, <br />within Development District No. 1, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.134, <br />inclusive, as amended and Section 469.174 through 469.1799, inclusive, as amended and <br />Minnesota Session Laws 2005 1st Special Session, Chapter 3.
