-180- <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #06- 11 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE STORMWATER POLLUTION CONTROL <br />ORDINANCE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is required to comply with the National Pollutant <br />Discharge Elimination System regulations and has obtained the necessary permits; and <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the permit requires adoption of a Stormwater Pollution Control Ordinance; <br />WHEREAS, the Ordinance has been prepared, reviewed in a Public Hearing at the <br />Planning Commission and introduced to the City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the City Council authorizes adoption of the Stormwater Pollution Control Ordinance. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />none <br />and the following abstained: <br />none <br />and the following were absent: <br />none <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 28th day of November, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />
