APPLICATION FOR OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br />M &M LIQUOR; CASE OF YANG MANAGEMENT, LLC <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br />CASE # a, <br />Background: <br />Jonathan Yang, known as Yang Management, LLC, d/b /a M &M Liquor, has properly applied for <br />an off -sale intoxicating liquor license at 7129 Highway #10 NW, Ramsey. This is the current site <br />of MGM Wine & Spirits. This is not a request for a new business; it is the sale of a current <br />business. Enclosed is a copy of the application materials and public hearing notice. <br />Police Chief Way has completed the background investigation and found everything to be in <br />order.
