Norman <br />Assistant Finance Officer Sandy Carlson <br />Recycling and Zoning Coordinator Chris Anderson <br />El Tinklenberg and Jodi Reuhle of The Tinklenberg Group <br />Mr. and Mrs. Boike <br />C -/ <br />The Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 26, 2006, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station Number 1, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Chairperson Strommen called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 5:36 <br />p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to approve the agenda <br />as submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Strommen, Councilmembers Jeffrey and Pearson. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Elvig. <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Wetlands Functions and Values Study; Case of City of Ramsey <br />Recycling and Zoning Coordinator Anderson reviewed that last year the City engaged the <br />services of Peterson Environmental Consulting, Inc. to conduct a wetlands functions and values <br />study. The results of the study would be instrumental in applying the regulations of the wetland <br />buffer ordinance. A transfer of $35,000 from the Landfill Tipping Fee Fund to the General Fund <br />was authorized to initiate this work.
