Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />HRA Executive Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Riverblood <br />Jim Lasher, LSA Design <br />JoAnn Olsen, LSA Design <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:35 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) Finance Options for Ramsey Star Express <br />Public Works Director Olson indicated staff would like to review the financial information for <br />the start up of the Ramsey Star Express commuter coach service with the Council. This item will <br />be included on the agenda of the Council meeting tonight. Mr. Olson reviewed that the City has <br />been successful in receiving the Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) grant for the <br />implementation of the commuter coach service; the intent is to get the service started as soon as <br />possible. Mr. Olson advised before the service can begin it needs to be formally adopted into the <br />City Council Work Session / October 24, 2006 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
