2) Parks Capital Improvement <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood provided a presentation on the 2006 Parks Capital <br />Improvement Projects including: Titterud Park Playground Replacement — 2006 CIP Allocation <br />$55,000; Phase 3 Elmcrest Improvements — 2006 CIP Allocation $55,000; Drinking Fountain <br />with pet attachment and spray mister for Solstice Park — 2006 CIP Allocation $7,000; and a <br />Hexagonal Shelter at Woodland Green Park — 2006 CIP Allocation $44,000. <br />Councilmember Elvig questioned if a playground is an appropriate place for a spray mister, and <br />if it will be providing children with something they should not be playing in unless they are there <br />with their parents. <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Riverblood indicated the spray mister will also be considered for <br />Elmcrest Park for spring of 2007. <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />None <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 6:20 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />James E.
