CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: <br />5. 10. <br />08/12/2025 <br />Create a positive image for residential neighborhoods, business districts and key <br />corridors. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #25-180 Approving a Development Agreement for CCI Holdings 3, LLC (14310 Sunfish Lake <br />Blvd. NW). <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The property owner of 14310 Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW, CCI Holdings 3, LLC, is improving the building and property, including <br />bringing many non -conforming site improvements into conformance with the Zoning Code and adding new site <br />improvements. The building permit and associated site plan review are administrative in nature, though approval of the <br />development agreement to provide site sureties guaranteeing the work is done according to plan, correctly, and in a timely <br />manner, must be approved by the City Council.
