Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #25-184 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR <br />MAINTENANCE PROJECT #25-60, PUMPHOUSE NO. 1 ROOF REPLACEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey 2025 — 2034 Capital Improvement Program includes <br />proposed project #25-WTR-001, Pump House #1 Roof Replacement, proposed for construction in <br />2025, at an estimated cost of $42,500; and <br />WHEREAS, requests for quotes were solicited from multiple contractors known to <br />responsibly provide such services; and <br />WHEREAS, two (2) quotes were received as follows; and <br />1 Contractor Total Quote 1 <br />MD Heiderscheid Your House Doctor $37,525.00 <br />1 All Elements, Inc. $60,807.00 1 <br />1 Engineer's Estimate $42, 500.00 1 <br />WHEREAS, MD Heiderscheid Your House Doctor provided the lowest responsible quote <br />in the amount of $37,525.00 and their quote shall be and hereby is accepted. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said <br />proposer for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
