CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />3. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Chairperson Olson, to approve the agenda, as <br />presented. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Olson and Councilmember Riley. Voting No: None. <br />4.
