Upon <br />review, Council directed Staff to do more <br />research and submit more information <br />regarding this policy at a subsequent Council <br />meeting. <br />Council adopted a resolution accepting the <br />State authorization of speed limits for Roanoke <br />Street N.w. between 153rd Avenue N.w. and <br />Juniper Ridge Drive N.w. The speed limit <br />accepted is 40 mph for that segment of street. <br />The appropriate signage will be erected and <br />Council asked that the Police Department <br />monitor speeds in the evening. <br />City Council met on Tuesday, July 28, <br />1992 and g ranted final plat approval to <br />Rivenwick (aka Faye 2nd Addition) contingent <br />upon the developer entering into a <br />development agreement with the City. <br />Council adopted a resolution accepting <br />plans and specifications and authorizing <br />solicitation of bids for Improvement Project <br />#92-17 (Sunny Ponds and Ramsey Meadows <br />subdivisions) and also set a date of August 25, <br />1992 for a public hearing on same. <br />Drum's on the Rum, Inc. applied for a <br />transfer ownership of the liquor license at <br />McDuff's Eatery and Pub; however, the name <br />McDuff's will not change. Council granted an <br />on-sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor license <br />to Drum's on the Rum, Inc. <br />Subsequent to recording the final plat for <br />Chestnut Hill, the Building Official and <br />Engineering Technician reviewed the street <br />names in the Wood Pond Projects area and <br />determined that Potassium Street N.W. <br />should be changed to Neon Street N.w. in the <br />plat of Chestnut Hill.
