ORDINANCE #03-13 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br />SALE OF CERTAIN CiTY OWNED PROPER- <br />TY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to <br />authorize the City to sell certain real <br />property which property the City Council <br />has determined is no longer necessary for <br />the City's purposes. This chapter is adopt- <br />ed pursuant to and under the authority of <br />Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> The City Council hereby declares the <br />following described real property owned <br />by the City, as surplus property and here- <br />by authorizes its sale. Said property is <br />legal¥ described as follows: <br /> Lot 3 and Lot 3A, Block 1, SUN- <br /> FISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> The City Council has by a properly <br />enacted resolution determined the con- <br />sideration and terms upon which the <br />above described property may be sold. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective <br />upon its passage and thirty (30) days <br />after its publication according to law, <br />subject to City Charter Provision Section <br />5.04. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 22nd day <br />of April 2003. <br />Thomas G.
