ORDiNANcE #03-14 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA cOUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF FLUORINE DRIVE N.W. TO FLUORINE STREET N.W. IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA coUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey. and Minnesota State Statute Section 440.11. SECTION 2. STREET NAMES TO BE CHANGED The following street name in the plats 'of Evergreen Point' Townhomes and Evergreen Point Townhomes 2nd Addition, Anoka County, is changed as follows: From: Fluorine Drive N.W. To: Fluorine Street N.W. SECTION 3.EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication, sub- ject to City. Charter Section 5.07.
