PURPOSE <br /> · It is the purpose of this Ordinance to <br />authorize the City to sell certain real <br />property, which property the City Council <br />has determined is no longer necessary for <br />the City's purposes. This chapter is adopt- <br />ed pursuant to and under the authority of <br />Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> The City Council hereby declares the <br /> following legally [described real property <br /> owned by the City, as surplus property <br /> and hereby authorizes its sale. Said prop- <br />. erty is legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 3, Block 1, GATEWAY NORTH <br /> INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 5, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota. <br /> SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE ' <br /> The City Council has by a properly <br /> enacted resolution determined the con- <br /> sideration and terms upon which the <br /> above described property may be sold. <br /> SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective <br /> upon its passage and thirty (30) days <br /> after its publicatiqn according to law, <br /> subject to City Charter Provision, Section <br /> 5·04· <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 13th day <br /> of May, 2003. <br /> Thomas G.
