Sec. 106-334. - Exterior solid fuel -fired heating devices. <br />(a) Exterior solid fuel -fired heating devices shall be located at least 75 feet from any property line <br />and shall not be located in the front yard. <br />(b) The following materials shall not be used or burned in exterior solid fuel -fired heating devices: <br />Grass, leaves, oils, rubber, plastics, tires, railroad ties, construction debris, and painted or <br />chemically treated materials such as treated lumber, composite shingles, tar paper, insulation <br />composition board, sheetrock, wiring, paint, and hazardous and industrial solid waste. <br />(Ord.
