Citizens may discard their leaves, grass clippings, <br />or garden wastes at the two sites, then should take their containers home. <br />Branches, brush, stumps, logs and garbage are not accepted. Call <br />the Anoka County Parks Department at 757-3920 for more information <br />about what materials are accepted at the sites and to check on the <br />availability of finished compost, which is free on a first come, first served <br />basis. Bring a container and shovel when collecting compost. <br />Compost sites are closed on holidays. They are bringing prizes. For those of you who do not <br />play bingo, please bring other games to play. <br />For December we will bring gifts and food for the Toys for Joy <br />program.
