<br />City Engineer/Public Works Director Westby reviewed the Staff report in regard to accepting bids <br />and awarding a contract for the 2025 pavement skim patching projects. He shared the low bid from <br />North Valley, Inc. in the amount of $132,179.97. <br /> <br />Councilmember Specht thanked Staff for their dedication over the last several years to the roads. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Specht, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to adopt Resolution #25- <br />176 accepting bids and awarding a construction contract for 2025 Pavement Skim Patching, <br />Maintenance Project #25-56, to North Valley, Inc. in the amount of $132,179.97. <br /> <br />Further discussion: <br /> <br />Councilmember Riley noted that they have been spending $10,000,000 a year fixing the roads, and <br />it is having a great impact. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heineman, Councilmembers Specht, Olson, Buscher, Riley, <br />and Stewart. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Peters. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL, AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />City Administrator Hagen announced upcoming meetings and events. He shared the request for <br />volunteers for Happy Days. <br /> <br />Councilmember Specht encouraged residents to check out the Game Fair. <br /> <br />Councilmember Buscher thanked all residents who participated in Night to Unite last week, as <br />well as the Police and Fire Departments, for making it successful. She also thanked Northgate <br />Church for hosting a Night to Unite party. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Specht, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heineman, Councilmembers Specht, Olson, Buscher, Riley, <br />and Stewart. Voting No: None.
