208 <br /> <br /> <br />Future Retail Opportunities <br />The COR <br />The COR is commonly known as Ramsey’s Downtown Area. This development has a planned mix of <br />uses, including a variety of retail areas. Within The COR and surrounding area, there are <br />approximately 100 acres of area guided for retail growth. Ramsey has employed an aggressive <br />economic development strategy to attract retailers to the area. This includes, but is not limited to a <br />dedicated economic development staff, partnering with a commercial real estate broker, and <br />offering a variety of financial incentives to locate to Ramsey. <br />Figure 53: The COR Development Plan <br />
