The site accesses were modeled as side street stop control. <br />Opening Year (2027) Build turning movement volumes were developed by adding the site trips in Exhibit <br />8 to the Opening Year (2027) No -Build turning movement volumes in Exhibit 4. The Opening Year (2027) <br />Build turning movement volumes are shown in Exhibit 8.
