(Pinnacle) to conduct a Level 2, On -Site, Wetland Delineation of the <br />Lord of Life Lutheran Church located at 14501 Nowthen Blvd. NW in Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota (Site). The wetland delineation was conducted as part of a potential <br />Site improvements. <br />It was determined that two wetland areas are present at the Site. The determination was <br />conducted in substantial conformance with the 1987 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br />Wetland Delineation Manual and consisted of a Level 2 On -Site Wetland Determination <br />utilizing soil surveys, wetland inventory maps, topographic maps, and climatic records. <br />The determination will be reviewed by a representative of the Army Corps of Engineers. <br />The delineation will also be reviewed by the Lower Rum River watershed Management <br />Organization (LRRWMO) which is the Local Governmental Unit (LGU) administering the <br />Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act (WCA).
