Anoka County's comment on the Haviland Fields EAW is below: <br />• The north access to CSAH 5 (Nowthen Blvd) does not meet our access spacing guidelines for full (or secondary) access. We believe this should be a right in/right out only access with a NB CSAH 5 right turn lane <br />• The south access to CSAH 5 should have a separate NB right turn lane to eliminate the lane trap that currently exists. The NB right turn lane will need to be constructed to run alongside the merge taper for the <br />outermost NB thru lane. <br />• We have some issues with when the traffic counts were done, as winter has lower volumes and January is not a good month to be using to forecast data <br />• We would like to see an updated traffic model reflecting the RI/RO north access on CSAH 5 and the gated access connecting to Cobalt St that restricts traffic from entering and exiting this access <br />
