<br />. <br />... . <br /> <br />KtUU N OV 2 8 2006 <br /> <br />1111111111111111111111111111111111111111I1111 <br />Record 10 1744806 <br /> <br />t r <br /> <br />1988936.008 <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-10-292 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Red Pine Properties, LLC, a partnership under the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota (Permittee) has properly applied for . a variance from the rear yard setback <br />requirements in the E-l Employment District on the property generally known as 6511 Bunker <br />Lake Blvd and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on October 5, 2006, conducted the. public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the rear lot line <br />setback on the north side of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0777, a variance to rear yard setback requirements is hereby <br />granted for the existing building and the proposed expansion. <br /> <br />2. The proposed addition on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum setback of 20 <br />feet from the rear property line (north). <br /> <br />3. The Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. <br />No building permit shall be issued until the Permittee has signed the variance and <br />reimbursed the City for all costs incurred in processing the application. <br /> <br />4. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boa,rd 1y1elllb:er <br />Trites Rolle, and upon vote 'being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt <br />
