FIRST AMENDMENT <br />TO <br />PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />This is the First Amendment to the Purchase Agreement by and between the City of <br />Ramsey, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("Seller"), and CorTrust Bank, N.A. and/or its <br />assigns, a South Dakota Corporation ("Buyer"), with an Effective Date of March 17, 2025. <br />Recitals <br />1. EFFECTIVE DATE. The Effective Date remains March 17, 2025. <br />2. INSPECTION PERIOD. The Inspection Period is changed from September 15, 2025 to <br />December 31, 2025. <br />3. SALE OF PROPERTY. The legal description of the Property to be conveyed is amended to <br />the following: <br />Part of Outlot B, COR FIVE, to be platted as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, COR SIX, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />PID Number: Portion of 28-32-25-24-0022 ("Property") <br />Agreement <br />1. AMENDMENT APPROVAL. Buyer and Seller hereby approve this First Amendment to <br />Purchase Agreement as modified by the above Recitals, which are hereby incorporated herein. <br />2. REMAINING TERMS.
