Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #25-207 RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDITIONAL GEOTECHNICAL AND TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY SERVICES FOR COUNTRYSIDE ESTATES STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #26-04 WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Countryside Estates subdivision as identified within the 2025 — 2034 Capital Improvement Plan; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-082, adopted April 22, 2025, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton & Menk for topographic survey of the project area in the amount of $14,528.50; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-101, adopted May 13, 2025, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies, Inc. for geotechnical survey of the project area in the amount of $15,175.00; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-138, adopted June 24, 2025, the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for Countryside Estates Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #26-04; and WHEREAS, the streets adjacent to Countryside Estates within the Wildwood Acres subdivision, are no longer supported by staff to receive a mill and overlay; and WHEREAS, staff proposes to amend the Countryside Estates Street Reconstructions to include the streets within Wildwood Acres; and WHEREAS, proposals were received for Geotechnical Services of $4,930.00 from Independent Testing Technologies, Inc. for said additional street improvements; and WHEREAS, proposals were received for Topographic Survey of $5,464.00 from Bolton & Menk, Inc. for said additional street improvements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Independent Testing Technologies, Inc. for geotechnical services of said additional street improvements for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. 2) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contractor with Bolton & Menk, Inc. for topographic survey services of said additional street improvements for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same:
