Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #25-209 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR "TROTT BROOK CROSSING THIRD ADDITION" WHEREAS, TCLD Fund 1 Trott Brook LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer," properly applied for Final Plat approval of the property generally located west of Nowthen Boulevard and south of 173rd Avenue NW and legally described as: Outlot H, Trott Brook Crossing, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the `Subject Property'); and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution #22-010 approving the preliminary plat on January 11, 2022; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution #23-060 approving the final plat of "Trott Brook Crossing," the first phase of the subdivision, on March 28, 2023; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution #25-153 on July 8, 2025, approving the final plat and development agreement for "Trott Brook Crossing Third Addition;" and WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting the ability to stage the improvements and transfer the required financial surety from the first stage to the second stage upon the first stage's completion, necessitating a change in the development agreement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Amended Development Agreement for Trott Brook Crossing Third Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign it. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained:
