Grading of house pads shall be performed at the time of home <br />construction. <br />2. Tree protection consisting of snow fence or safety fence installed at the <br />drip line shall be in place prior to beginning any grading or demolition work <br />at the site. <br />3. All elevations with an asterisk (*) shall be field verified. If elevations vary <br />significantly, notify the Engineer for further instructions. <br />4. Grades shown in paved areas represent finish elevation. <br />5. All disturbed areas to receive 4" of topsoil and seed (see specifications). <br />Topsoil is defined as black dirt composed of unconsolidated material, <br />largely undecomposed organic matter which is suitable foundation for <br />vegetative growth. the composition of topsoil should contain no more than <br />35% sand content. <br />6. All construction shall be performed in accordance with state and local <br />standard specifications for construction. <br />7. Once the infiltration basin has been constructed, an infiltration test shall be <br />performed. The test shall be performed prior to placement of pre -mixed <br />planting medium. If infiltration rates exceed 8.3 in/hr, soil corrections shall <br />be conducted to reduce infiltration rates to below 8.3 in/hr, but not below <br />0.6 in/hr. <br />8. A sweper must available to the site within 3 hours notice from the City. <br />9. Send weekly and 0.5" rainfall event Inspection Reports to the City <br />Inspector. <br />10. Roof leaders shall direct roof runoff to the back yards to drain the <br />proposed infiltration basin. The roof leaders on lot 1 shall direct roof <br />runoff to the swale between lots 1 and 2. <br />11.
