Commercial projects <br />shall retain at least 30% of existing, significant tree DBH inches. Significant trees are defined as <br />all oaks and evergreens with a DBH of 4" or greater and all other deciduous trees with a DBH of <br />8" or greater. <br />Inventory needs to identify species (common and scientific name), DBH, Status (save or <br />remove), Tally of total DBH inches, DBH inches removed, and tally of exempt DBH inches <br />(Invasive trees, such as Siberian Elm, and trees removed for stormwater management pruposes, <br />i.e. stormwater basins, can be excluded from the removal calculation). <br />5 - Irrigation <br />0 Replies <br />Created by: Chris Anderson <br />On: 09/03/2025 08:46 AM <br />If the landscape will be irrigated, the irrigation system shall include both a rain sensor and some <br />other form of water efficient technology, such as a weather compensating smart controller. <br />Page 1 <br />
