<br />r- <br />.,~~~ecommendation: <br /> <br />In accordance with City Code, Staff recommends denial of a subdivision that would create a lot <br />with no frontage on a public road, what is often referred to as landlocked. There are alternatives <br />to platting this lot that would allow the construction of an additional building. However, these <br />alternatives would require one entity to retain ownership of the existing, single lot.
