<br />8. That the applicant is proposing to obtain access through an ingress/egress easement along <br />another property he currently owns. <br /> <br />9. That the applicant's original intent for this property was to construct two buildings and the <br />site plan was subsequently modified to an expansion plan for the existing building; and that <br />such changes were approved as part of the site plan approval in August of2005. <br /> <br />10. That if granted, the variance will/will not permit a use that is prohibited in the E-1 <br />Employment District. <br /> <br />11. That if granted, tlle variance will/will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br />adjacent property. <br /> <br />12. That if granted, the variance will/will not endanger the public safety. <br /> <br />13. That if granted, the variance will/will not unreasonably diminish property values in the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />14. That if granted, the variance will/will not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />15. That, if granted, tlle variance will/will not grant the Applicants any special privilege that is <br />denied to other owners of land in the same district. <br /> <br />16. That undue hardship will/will not result if the variance request is denied due to the existence <br />of special conditions and circumstances which are peculiar to the land and which are/are not <br />applicable to other lands in the same district. <br /> <br />17.
