8. That the applicant is proposing to obtain access through an ingress/egress easement along another property he currently owns. 9. That the applicant's original intent for this property was to construct two buildings and the site plan was subsequently modified to an expansion plan for the existing building; and that such changes were approved as part of the site plan approval in August of2005. 10. That if granted, the variance will/will not permit a use that is prohibited in the E-1 Employment District. 11. That if granted, tlle variance will/will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent property. 12. That if granted, the variance will/will not endanger the public safety. 13. That if granted, the variance will/will not unreasonably diminish property values in the neighborhood. 14. That if granted, the variance will/will not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. 15. That, if granted, tlle variance will/will not grant the Applicants any special privilege that is denied to other owners of land in the same district. 16. That undue hardship will/will not result if the variance request is denied due to the existence of special conditions and circumstances which are peculiar to the land and which are/are not applicable to other lands in the same district. 17. That the special conditions do/do not result from the actions of the Applicant.
