<br />Chairperson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-12- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A V ARlANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Holiday Stationstores, Inc, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has <br />properly applied for a variance from Section 9.20.25(3)(b) regarding setbacks for parking and <br />pavement from a public right-of-way on the property located at the southeast comer of Ramsey <br />Boulevard and US Tru111c Highway 10, or legally described as <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 4, Rivenwick Village <br /> <br />-or upon recording- <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Holiday Rivenwick Village <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on December 7, 2006, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted fIndings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the setback from a <br />public road for parking and paving as part of the development of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJlJSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1. Based on Resolution #06-12-_ adopting Findings of Fact #-, a variance to the <br />setback from right-of-way for parking and paving, as established in Section 9.20.22 of <br />the Ramsey City Code, is granted for the development of Holiday Stationstores on the <br />Subject Property. <br />2. That the applicant shall maintain a minimum 5 foot setback from the public right-of-way <br />as reflected in the approved site plan dated <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board <br />Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />25 <br />
