Absent: Board Member Brauer. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />Board Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the Board of Adjustment meeting back to order at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt inquired about the rationale regarding the height restriction. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik replied she believes the rationale was to <br />restrict building living quarters over garages. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Board Member Trites Rolle to adopt Resolution #06- <br />11-340 adopting Findings of Fact #0782 relating to Ralph & Vemice Jacobsen's request for a <br />variance to accessory building sidewall height restrictions on the property located at 8240 154tl1 <br />Lane NW. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
