The <br />Couneil approved your request for a metes and bounds subdivision <br />of those three parcels, but as a condition of this subdivision, <br />also required you to provide to the City a deed showing that the <br />three lots will be combined into one 25 acre rarcel. <br /> <br />As always, please feel free to call me if you have any questions <br />or need additional information on this.
