5. 9. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />09/23/2025 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #25-219 Approving Final Plat of "Zero Zone Addition." <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Zero Zone Refrigeration, LLC, has submitted an application for a minor plat to consolidate three parcels and a <br />small portion of vacated right-of-way into one lot to facilitate an upcoming building expansion and associated site <br />improvements. The site is zoned I-1 Light Industrial District and the proposed 11.44-acre lot meets all the <br />required area and dimensional standards. <br />The expansion project, adding production and warehouse space, is mostly administrative in nature. The Planning <br />Commission will hold a public hearing to review a variance to hardcover requirements with the Shoreland <br />Overlay District on October 2. <br />Notification: <br />Notification for final plats is not required, though other aspects of the project (the vacations and the variance) are <br />being noticed in their typical manner. <br />Funding Source: <br />All costs associated with the project are the responsibility of the applicant.
