EXHIBIT B <br />Fees Payable to the City <br />1. Park Dedication Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable Park <br />Dedication Fee requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Park Dedication Fee of $23,609.00 (6 <br />units x $4,700.00 per unit with credit given for 16.3% land dedication through Haubrich <br />Addition). <br />2. Trail Development Fees. Satisfied through the construction of the trail along Nowthen Boulevard <br />per plat of Haubrich Addition. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer Connection (Trunk) Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying <br />applicable Sanitary Sewer Trunk Fee requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Sanitary Sewer <br />Trunk Fee of $5,556.00 (4 units x $1,389.00). Two services were previously paid through the <br />assessment of 151' Lane. <br />4. Water Connection (Trunk) Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable Water <br />Trunk Fee requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Water Trunk Fee of $6,207.00 (3 units x <br />$2,069.00 per unit). Three services were previously paid through the assessment of 151st Lane. <br />5. Stormwater Management Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable <br />Stormwater Trunk Fee requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Stormwater Management Fee <br />of $3,300.00 (6 units x $550.00 per unit). <br />6. Street Sian Fee. None required, though if the PERMITTEE would like the existing "dead end" <br />street sign removed and replaced with a "no outlet" blade on the street name sign, then a $265.00 <br />charge will be billed. <br />11 <br />
