CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />09/23/2025 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />5. 17. <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #25-235 Approving an Encroachment Agreement for Taco Bell at 14751 Armstrong Boulevard <br />NW <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Purpose: <br />The purpose of this case is to adopt Resolution #25-235 approving an Encroachment Agreement for Taco Bell at <br />14751 Aiiustrong Boulevard NW. <br />Background: <br />Marvin Development VII, LLC, Landowner of the real property at 14751 Armstrong Blvd NW, requests approval <br />of the attached Encroachment Agreement for a proposed pylon sign serving their 1.32-acre lot described as Lot 1, <br />Block 1, Bunker Lake Crossing (the "Subject Property"). <br />The Subject Property, which has received all required approvals for a 2,867 square foot quick -service restaurant <br />building for Taco Bell, is located on the northernmost lot within the Bunker Lake Crossing development as shown <br />in the attached figure. <br />Notification: <br />Notifications are not required for this case. <br />Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />Observations: <br />Staff support approval of the attached Encroachment Agreement.
