NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Douglas -Kerr Underground, LLC. of Mora, <br />Minnesota for Improvement Project #23-19, The COR Infrastructure Improvements in the amount <br />of $68,257.24. <br />2) The City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to <br />sign the release form for this payment. <br />3) The total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the <br />date of September 23, 2025. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23' day <br />of September, 2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #25-165 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
