I didn't notice--but hope there will be a frontage road <br />so Hwy. 10 doesn't become one long string of traffic lights (which is already happening). Also, a bridge <br />across the Mississippi there is long overdue. <br /> <br />WHAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT THE PLAN: There should not be ANY "4-in-40" restrictions on land <br />development. This is discrimination against those farmers who have struggled to hang onto their land <br />until the value has increased to provide for their retirement. Ramsey has more than enough parks and <br />undevelopable land to have plenty of green space without penalizing a few landowners. The proposed <br />allotments for housing development are not even remotely logical if you actually know these lands. <br />Please don't allow people to make decisions by just looking at a map. They need to come out here and <br />see the land for themselves. <br /> <br />GENERAL COMMENTS: I appreciate your hard work in trying to serve the public. Much of what you do, <br />I know, just earns you criticism. Thank you for listening and for caring. <br />
