Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Public Hearing and Levy of Assessments for the Past-Due Charges on <br />Municipal Utility Bills and Current Services Rendered <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:14 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:14 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec explained this public hearing is regarding the certification of payments for current <br />services that are past due. The certification of delinquent payments will be assessed to be <br />collected with property taxes payable in 2007. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Elvig, Jeffrey, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen.
