He said they need to provide the applicant with <br />the reason and the facts as to why they are extending the deadline. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to table this item for 60 <br />days to give the Council additional time to do their due diligence on the additional information <br />provided this evening. <br /> <br />Further discussion: <br /> <br />Councilmember Buscher asked if the variance had already been approved for this property. <br /> <br />Planning Manager Larson shared that the Planning Commission has variance approval authority, <br />and they approved this request.
