<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-219 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR “ZERO ZONE ADDITION” <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Zero Zone Refrigeration, LLC, applied for Final Plat (minor plat) approval <br />of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Business Park 95 Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Business Park 95 Eighth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />Outlot A, Business Park 95 Eighth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />th <br />That part of 140 Avenue NW as dedicated on the plat of Business Park 95 Eighth Addition, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, lying north of the westerly extension of the south line of Outlot <br />A, said Business Park 95 Eighth Addition. <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Final Plat (minor plat) combines three existing platted parcels <br />and a portion of excess roadway right-of-way into one parcel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of Zero Zone Addition on <br />September 23, 2025. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Final Plat for “Zero Zone Addition,” <br />contingent upon: <br /> <br />a. Approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br />b. Recording a vacation resolution for street right-of-way and drainage and utility <br />easements. <br />c. Entering into a development agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
