<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-224 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR “BROOKSIDE TERRACE” <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brookside Construction, Inc., applied for Final Plat (major plat) approval of <br />the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Haubrich Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Final Plat (major plat) subdivides one existing platted parcel <br />into six parcel; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat on September 9, 2025; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed final plat is consistent with the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of Brookside Terrace on September <br />23, 2025. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City <br />Council hereby approves the Final Plat and Development Agreement for “Brookside Terrace,” <br />contingent upon: <br /> <br />a. Approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br />b. Recording a vacation resolution for a drainage easement. <br />c. Entering into the Development Agreement. The Mayor and City Administrator are <br />authorized to sign said agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peters and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
