The minimum density goal is three units per gross acre, including natural features. The <br />proposed rural density is one unit per three acres. The city's March 14, 2001, plan revisions increased multi- <br />family housing densities and eliminated the proposed urban -rural transition area which was implementing a <br />1998 charter amendment that restricted densities within the MUSA to those of neighboring rural properties.
