3. That all households within the MUSA hook up to municipal wastewater service, consistent with <br />Environmental Services policies. Rural policy #8 should be changed in the final plan so as not to prevent <br />sewer expansion in future areas that may be identified through joint study. <br />4. Upon the approval of plan and prior to the construction of any future extensions or additions to its disposal <br />system, the city must submit a Comprehensive Sewer Plan (Tier II Plan) to the Council for final approval. <br />The comprehensive sewer plan shall be consistent with the city's approved comprehensive plan and reflect <br />any modifications recommended by the Council including revised sanitary flow projections consistent with <br />current flow allocation volumes established by the Council. <br />5. That the final plan document address water supply demand and conservation measures as recommended in <br />the review record and cross - reference the previously approved emergency response and conservation plans. <br />6. That the Metropolitan Council recommend to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) that the <br />Mississippi River Critical Area Corridor / MNRRA plan is consistent with regional objectives and state <br />Critical Area standards as defined by Executive Order 79 -19. <br />7. That the Metropolitan Council recommend to the National Park Service that the Mississippi River Critical <br />Area Corridor /MNRRA plan is in voluntary conformance with the Mississippi National River and <br />Recreation Area Comprehensive Management Plan. <br />8.
