Norman: <br /> <br />This letter is meant as a follow-up to the meeting between our staff and your city engineer last <br />Thursday. The subject ofthat meeting was the city's septic system management program. <br /> <br />The management program is a required element of the city's comprehensive plan update. The <br />Council has not approved any comprehensive plans for communities with septic systems that did <br />not include adequate information on how the community was going to manage their septic <br />systems.
