<br />,. <br /> <br />Mixed Use: The method used to calculate sewer discharge from a mixed use development would be a <br />combination of the above two methods. The mix of uses within this type of development needs to be <br />established in order to apply the individual discharge rate criteria. In the event that special uses are <br />proposed within the "mix use" area, the discharge rate for these specific uses would need to be taken <br />into account separately from those outlined above. As referenced in my April 17, 2001 <br />memorandum, if the City needs a reference for calculating discharges from specific use type <br />connections, I would refer them to the Metropolitan Councils SAC manual. The manual contains <br />flow discharge criteria for a variety of uses. <br />
