Pari of the implementation requires rezoning <br />certain parcels that are located in the Critical River Corridor. Enclosed please find <br />exhibits that reflect the major changes in the Critical River Corridor. Exhibit A identifies <br />property at the western border of the City that is proposed to be rezoned from B-1 <br />Business to Single Family Residential. Exhibit B identifies property proposed to be <br />rezoned from B-3 Highway Business to Single Family Residential. Exhibit C identifies <br />property proposed to be rezoned from B-3 Highway Business and Single Family <br />Residential to E-l Employment. Exhibit C-l identifies the proposed permitted uses in the <br />E-l Employment District. <br /> <br />These 3 areas were part of a public hearing process that. convened on May 1 at the <br />Planning Commission.
