Appendix A: Project Description <br />Zero Zone currently operates a facility in the City of Ramsey. The company is <br />a manufacturer of high-performance refrigeration systems for the perishable <br />food market, ice arenas, and other commercial and industrial applications. In <br />order to meet significant increases in future customer demand, Zero Zone is <br />expanding its existing facility by 55,000 sq. ft.
